Refunds and Cancellation

Cancelling. Monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Use the Manage subscription page at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/00wbJ0eynevf2wMeqSco000 (sign in with the email you paid with), or email hello@pediatricianprep.com and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, payments for a period already started are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Renewals. If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund that renewal if you have not used the new period.

Lifetime plan. Lifetime means access for as long as the exam track you bought is offered on the site.

Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
